We are now offering tri-color backlight solutions for some of our monochrome character and graphic displays. These tri-color backlights allow for a low cost color display solution with transflective and transmission glass. So now there is no need to develop an entirely new interface to your existing design, as we most likely have a 100% drop in replacement display with the added tri-color backlight. We also offer tooling for displays that we don't have or those that we don't current have with tri-color backlights. The tooling charge will depend on the size of backlight and availability of the display in our existing portfolio of display offering.
